There are lots of Zodiac charms on the market but none containing all 13 Zodiac signs. I wanted to design a collection of pendants that offer all 13 signs that are hand crafted, instead of being made with CAD. Each pendant is hammered by hand to give it a rippled texture that shines like diamonds in the sun.
There might be slight variations from pendant to pendant due to them being handmade.
The difference between the Zodiac Constellations and other constellations is that they fall in the path of the sun. If the sun passes through a constellation, it is considered a Zodiac. Originally, there were 13 months and 13 Zodiac signs. Throughout history, 13 has not been a favorite number so the calendar was changed to 12 months and certain months were given more days than others (thanks to Julius Caesar and Augustus).
